The website interface is simple and easy to use. Results generally come back quickly, seem to be very thorough, and are easy to access and interpret. Small things like Express MVR searches make parts of my job quick and easy.

We have had a very pleasant experience with edify. We have used them for years for background checks. They are quick with the turnaround and are very responsive on the phone. Our only issue was this most recent camp we had, when we tried to text out links for players to do their background checks, they would either get the link or the code, rather than both. We had to stop texting them and having the information sent to their email.
